Java Joys prefers a 30 day advanced scheduling and booking for any event requiring catering. Java Joys cannot guarantee availability or service for events that have not been scheduled in advance.
Java Joys coffee shop is also available for event rental after regular business hours for private parties; i.e., baby showers, bridal showers, business meetings, etc. Rental fees start at $50.00 per hour with a minimum rental of two hours.
At the time of scheduling an event, a 50% minimum security deposit is required. The security deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the event. The final amount owed for the event is due before and/or on the day of the event.
In the event of a cancellation, Java Joys must be notified 30 days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund of the security deposit. If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the event the security deposit will be non-refundable.
